Troedio Walkers and Screening for Wales get together to promote better health.

Let’s face it there is nothing more important than taking care of your health.

Screening programmes for health conditions are vitally important for early diagnosis and treatment. Walking is a preventative measure against developing many of those same illnesses.

There are therefore two important messages promoted by the screening for life walk;

1. encourage everyone you know to take advantage of the free screening programme and 2. to keep active, whatever your age.
