Welcome.

The group has been re-formed and is now self financing thanks to a grant from Flintshire County Council.

Our dedicated volunteer walk leaders have put together a full programme of walks to meet most needs. All this is supported by a new constitution and an organising committee  of trustees.

However, we are still dedicated to providing free led walks in Flintshire (and beyond).

Our aim is to improve the physical, mental and social well-being of walkers by providing a safe and friendly way to enjoy the countryside.  All the walks are free and led by trained volunteers.

  • Weekly walks
  • Starter walks for beginners
  • Charity walks
  • Out of town walks
  • Pram walks
  • Nordic walks
  • Urban walks

This website lists the weekly and monthly walks plus downloadable walks aimed at families - see Mini Mountain Challenges.

There are many beautiful country parks, beauty spots and historical areas in Flintshire that make walking more enjoyable.

If you want to join us, just turn up 15 minutes before the start of your chosen walk and register with the walk leader. You'll be made very welcome and of course, there is nothing to pay!

We hope you enjoy visiting this website!
